Quick & Easy Dinner

My favorite dinner in minutes! I ate this several times a week in Barcelona. It’s fast, easy, inexpensive and can be done all in a steamer pot. Put the potatoes in boiling water and add the broccoli 10 minutes later to the steamer and cover. Cool for another 8-10 minutes and then spread 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil over it. Add 2 pinches of sea salt and pepper. Lastly, add a side of 1/3 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds and you’re good to go!
