Green Juice Recipe:Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 4 cucumbers
  • 2 lemons, remove rind
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 bunches celery

This recipe makes 80 ones and lasts 3 days. I recommend drinking up to 16 ounces, twice per day. I love juicing in a batch like this. In fact, having healthy food and drink on hand can make staying on track so easy!
