Rebounders (mini-trampolines) are great for The Lymphatic System.

Our lymphatic systems are a vital part of the immune system and getting rid of waste. This system works best when we’re exercising, because it doesn’t have its own pump.

The vertical up-and-down movement of rebounding is effective to help pump the lymph which encourages detoxification.

It’s also easy on the bones and joints – there’s no impact. I love to put on a headset and dance on my rebounder. I can do it in my office, because it doesn’t require a lot of space. I can get up and jump around for 5 minutes after an hour of work. It’s fun too!!
